♠Description-JA Wiper Seal
JA Wiper Seal is to prevent dust, dirt, sand or fines from entering. This can be achieved with a special design that greatly protects the guide parts and extends the life of the seals. In addition, JA wiper seal installation does not require ring screws or brackets. No strict tolerances and metal inserts in the requirement. Wiper ring is a continuous loop and is extremely easy to fit into the groove. So, the back of the dust ring should be protected from pressure.

♣Advantage
Wear ring seal provides guidance and support for the piston and piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. As well as absorbing lateral loads. At the same time, it can prevent metal contact between the moving parts of the cylinder and optimize the performance of the sealing system.
The washer, gasket are the mechanical seal which fills the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally to prevent leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression.
Gaskets for specific applications, such as high-pressure steam systems, may contain asbestos. However, due to the health hazards associated with asbestos exposure, when practical, we are using non-asbestos gasket materials.
