Plastic seals include: Spring energized seals, Stepseal, Glyd Ring, guide rings, guide tape, gaskets, PTFE seals, leather ring, PU seals, seal repair kits, etc.
Metal seals: bushings, stainless steel oil seals, metal U-rings, C-rings, hollow O-rings, combination gaskets, copper gaskets, aluminum gaskets, silver O-rings, stainless steel O-rings, etc.
O-ring: size standards such as Chinese standard, AS568 American standard, British standard, French standard, German standard, inner diameter range from 0.2MM-4800MM.
Oil seal: crankshaft oil seal, floating oil seal, washing machine oil seal, oil seal cover, skeleton-free oil seal, washing machine oil seal, bucket shaft oil seal, reducer oil seal, wheel hub oil seal, etc.
NBR(nitrile rubber): oil resistance, heat resistance and good wear resistance. Widely used in sealing products, but not suitable for phosphate ester series hydraulic and gear oil containing polar additives. Work at -40~120℃ , used to make O-ring, oil seal, suitable for general hydraulic and pneumatic system.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber: high strength, oil resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance. Work at -40~150℃ , used for high temperature, high speed reciprocating seal and rotary seal.
Plastic: high modulus of elasticity of the material, high strength, other properties as above. Work at -30~80℃, used to make O-ring, "Y" ring, dust ring, etc., used in engineering machinery and high-pressure hydraulic system sealing.
FKM(Fluorine rubber): heat-resistant, acid and alkali resistant and other chemicals, oil-resistant (including phosphate ester series hydraulic oil), suitable for all lubricants, gasoline, hydraulic oil, synthetic oil. Work at -20~200℃, suitable for sealing of high temperature, chemicals and flame-resistant hydraulic oil, widely used in metallurgy, electric power and other industries.
Polyurethane: excellent wear resistance, high strength, good aging resistance. Work at -20~80℃. Suitable for high pressure and high speed system sealing in construction machinery and metallurgical equipment.
Silicone rubber: Good heat and cold resistance. Small compression permanent deformation, but low mechanical strength, Work at -60~230℃. Suitable for high speed rotary seal and food machinery seal at high and low temperature.
Polyacrylate: better than NBR in heat resistance, can work in various lubricants, hydraulic oil, petroleum-based hydraulic oil containing polar additives, poor water resistance. Work at -20 ~ 150 ℃, can be used in a variety of small car oil seals and a variety of gear boxes, gearboxes, can be resistant to high temperature.
Ethylene propylene rubber(EPDM, EPM): good weather resistance, aging resistance in the air, oil resistance in general, can be resistant to Freon and a variety of refrigerants. Work at -50~150℃, used in refrigerator and refrigeration machinery seal.
