♠Description-PTFE Hydraulic GSF Piston Gyld Ring/Slide Ring/Step Seal
GSF Piston Gyld Ring is usually a combination of a rubber O ring and a PTFE ring. The material is PTFE + NBR. In special cases, the rubber elastomer NBR is made of fluorine rubber FKM. Besides, Piston Gyld Ring GSF can be divided into holes with a grid ring and a shaft with a grid, but the sealing effect is the same.
Hydraulic PTFE+bronze Slide Piston Seal Glyd Ring have designs in 2 parts consisting of special compound PTFE ring and O-ring used as pressure ring. This design is suitable up to a pressure of 60 MPa in double acting cylinders.
Compared with other sealing systems, it has the advantages of linear speed up to 5m / s, long static use time, non-stick slip, low friction durability, high-temperature resistance, resistance to various chemical liquids, piston integration, and small size.
